How to play
Fly: hold on the cave, the 🖐 HOLD button, or Space / ↑ / W to climb. Release to fall. One control, no excuses.
Thread the glowing gates in the cavern walls for +10. Skim within a whisker of an edge for a +5 near-miss bonus.
Gates arrive in pattern cards — Staircase climbs and drops, Squeeze narrows gate by gate, Slalom swings high-low, Double-Gate throws two in quick succession. Later gates move.
🦇 Bat swarms cross on sine paths, 💧 stalactite drips fall from the ceiling, and 🌬 wind-gust zones (shimmering bands) shove your ship up or down. All of them end your run.
Three storm tiers: Breeze (wide gates, calm), Gale (tighter gaps, gusts, moving gates), Hurricane (brutal gaps, strong winds, everything early). Best score is kept per tier.
One crash ends the run — this is a score attack. How deep into the cave can you get?
About Wing Rush
Wing Rush is a one-tap cave flyer in the purest arcade tradition: a single control, a collapsing cavern, and a score that dares you to go one gate further. There is no steering wheel and no brake — just gravity, nerve, and the rhythm of hold and release.
The cave is not random noise. Gates arrive in pattern cards — staircases, slaloms, squeezes and double-gates — so runs can be learned, and the near-miss bonus rewards pilots who thread the needle instead of playing it safe through the middle. On the higher storm tiers the gates themselves start to move, bat swarms cross your line, and wind-gust zones rewrite your trajectory mid-flight.
Quick tips
Fly in short pulses, not long holds — small corrections beat big ones.
Read two gates ahead; the pattern cards telegraph what's coming.
Near-miss bonuses stack up fast, but only chase them on Breeze until the rhythm is in your hands.
