How to play
Place your fleet (1×4, 2×3, 3×2, 4×1): tap your grid to drop each ship, ⟳ rotates, or hit ✨ Auto-place. Ships can't touch — not even diagonally.
Battle: tap enemy waters to fire. 🔥 = hit, 💧 = miss, 💀 = sunk. A sunk ship's surrounding water is marked automatically.
You and the AI alternate shots. First to sink all 10 enemy ships wins.
Easy AI fires blind. Medium hunts: once it hits you, it sweeps your neighbors until your ship goes down. Hard adds checkerboard parity search.

About Sea Battle
Sea Battle is the battleship duel everyone knows: place your fleet, then hunt your opponent's ships on the grid — you sink theirs before they sink yours. Our free online version plays against a real AI admiral that hunts, targets, and finishes like it means it.
Battleship is secretly a game of probability. Spread your opening shots in a checkerboard pattern (ships can't hide on the skipped squares), and once you get a hit, hunt orthogonally until the ship is sunk. The AI plays the same math — so place your fleet where the math is weakest.
Quick tips
Open with a checkerboard shot pattern — it finds ships with minimum shots.
After a hit, probe up/down/left/right to find the ship's direction.
Don't cluster your fleet; spread ships so one lucky hit can't find two.
