Nine little worlds, one putter. Drag back, let go, and sink it — past the lighthouse, through the windmill, over the bridge, and around a volcano.

How to play
Drag back to aim, let go to putt. Press on the course and pull back, away from where you want the ball to go — like drawing back a putter. The dotted line shows your direction, and the power reads out in words and percent (Feather 20% … Full send 100%). The further you pull, the harder the putt. Release to strike.
The card is always on: hole, par and your strokes ride at the top, and the running scorecard sits right under the course. Beat par and the numbers turn green.
💦 Water costs a stroke. Splash in and you take +1 penalty and drop the ball back at the edge where it went in. Sand doesn't cost anything — it just grabs the ball and slows it right down.
🌀 The windmill (hole 3) is timed. Its blades sweep across the door. Watch one full turn, then putt so the ball reaches the door while a blade is up — a medium-firm putt through the middle of the gap is the classic line.
〰️ Slopes pull. On holes 6 and 8 the chevrons show which way the green leans. Rolling balls get pulled that way — aim a little uphill of your target.
🎢 The loop (hole 5) is the only way through the wall: roll into the ring mouth with some pace and it carries you over to the other side.
Mercy rule: stuck on a hole? From 5 strokes you can pick up and take an 8 — and at 8 strokes we pick the ball up for you. Nobody's round dies on one hole.
Tap the course card and you're on the first tee.

About Fairway Putt Club
Fairway Putt Club is VRMatch's mini golf club, and its first course — the Seaside Nine — is nine little worlds strung along one coast. You open on a wooden pier, putt past a lighthouse whose beam still sweeps the green, and then meet the hole every mini golfer knows in their bones: the windmill, blades turning across the door, beaten not with power but with timing. A bridge over open water, a loop ramp through a solid wall, a sloping harbour bend, an alley of sand, a cliff ledge with the sea waiting below, and a volcano with a ring of lava for a finale.
The putting is the honest kind. You pull back from the ball — the further the pull, the harder the strike — and the dotted guide shows your line while the power reads out in plain words and percent, exactly the way the Pool Hall cue taught a generation of thumbs. The ball rolls on stated physics: one friction for the greens, a heavier grab in the sand, bounces that keep seven-tenths of their pace off the rails, and slopes that pull exactly as hard as their chevrons suggest. Water costs a stroke and a drop at the edge; nothing here is luck.
Quick tips
The windmill rewards patience: watch a full turn of the blades, then send a Firm putt at the middle of the door so it arrives while a blade is up.
On the loop hole, the ring mouth wants pace — an Easy putt dies at the wall, a Firm one sails through and out the top.
Slopes (holes 6 and 8) pull rolling balls toward the chevrons. Aim uphill of the cup and let the green bring the ball home.
Sand is not death, just treacle: a ball that would stop mid-bunker still comes out the other side if you give it Strong.
Under pressure on the volcano, the stone causeway through the lava ring runs straight up the middle — tee side and cup side both.
Frequently asked questions
Is Fairway Putt Club free?
Yes — free in your browser, no download or signup.
How do I aim?
Press on the course and drag back, away from where you want the ball to go. The dotted line shows the direction and the readout shows the power. Let go to putt.
What happens if I land in the water?
One penalty stroke, and the ball drops back at the edge where it went in — no swimming, no lost balls.
Can a hole really be finished in par?
Every hole on the Seaside Nine is tested by an automated caddie that plays real putts through the game's own physics — each hole is holeable in par or better, windmill timing included.
